charming escape in the heart of the city
superb location excellent service comfortable bed
the location is superb it is a short walk to the castle and other attractions. the staff provided excellent service assisting with every request. i appreciated the comfortable bed and quiet room. the hotel arranged a taxi for my early morning departure ensuring a smooth transfer.
the breakfast buffet selection was a bit limited. i noticed some items were not replenished promptly. this minor issue slightly affected the overall dining experience.

the breakfast area includes a selection of pastries, cheeses and fresh fruits. i saw multiple coffee machines providing various options, like espresso and cappuccino. the seating area accommodates approximately 30 guests.

fresh juice helpful staff
The breakfast was AMAZING, and it had a juice press (fresh juice every morning!). My room was a design superior double room. It was spacious. I appreciated the attention to detail. The staff was helpful with directions.
The lift is rather small. Only two people fit comfortably.

bathroom blinds lack of storage
the breakfast was good and had a decent variety.
the rooms pictures are misleading as it did not match the room we booked at all. our room, number 33, had mold all over on the bathroom blinds. the room also lacked storage so we could not store any clothes.

the staff was very helpful. breakfast offered a delicious variety. the location was close to prague castle. the room design exceeded my expectations. there was always something to look forward to each day. there was fruit and snacks available to take.
the room was a bit small, though cozy.

i had the design beautiful double room and it was airy. the room had excellent bedding. the room was clean, cozy and impeccably maintained. it provided a perfect retreat after long days.
